Since our incorporation back in 2000 Lynette Fisher has been working tirelessly to expand Wandanoo's product range.
She believes that your experience should be a pleasant one and that you should get what you pay for - quality and excellent craftsmanship. Our brand is our guarantee. At Wandanoo we care about the planet and we know that without true commitment to our employees, service providers and customers our business will fail.
Wandanoo's sister company, Prom-tel Pty Ltd is a third party logistics operation that provides storage, pick, pack and shipping for Wandanoo's products. With over 25 years experience in shipping orders, Prom-tel is the perfect partner for Wandanoo's operations.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return your item please do so within 30 days of receiving it. Let us know you wish to return the goods by either emailing us at lynette@wandanoo.com, contacting us on Chat (via our website) or calling us on 0299338888 during business hours, or simply pop a note in with your returning parcel letting us know who you are so we can arrange for the refund. We will gladly receive returns of goods that are faulty, and refund you instantly in accordance with Australian law. If you simply change your mind and return the goods in saleable condition within 30 days, we will also provide a full refund.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Gift cards will soon be available. In the meantime please contact us if you wish to arrange for a credit to be applied to someone else's purchase.
